I have this flight booked in a couple of weeks, my itinerary definitely says:

"Operated by Jet Airways Configured Aircraft Operated By Etihad"

If you go to FlightRadar24 you'll see that it's operated by one of two 9W owned, EY operated 77Ws, A6-JAA or A6-JAB

As far as preclearance goes, EY state that this flight is ineligible for it unfortunately:

"Please note: This service is not available for the Etihad Airways flight number EY103 to New York (JFK)."
