As the only LH lounges in DUS are in Schengen, you will have to clear passport control to visit a lounge and go through passport control again before the connecting flight. I don't think there is much to do in the non-Schengen area anyway and with 2.5 hours you will have plenty of time to visit the SEN lounge for a shower.
