They're random swaps on the BA27/28 flights, and they happen often. If you desperately want new WT+ you need to book BA25.

Without knowing the reasons you're set on BA...have you looked at Cathay? They have a very similar product to new WT+ on all 5 daily HKG/LHR flights..
