So I just bought a new Topas and my GF did something and warped the hinge. All I know is I heard a bang and now the case doesn't align.

I noticed the hinge is held in with rivets, so how would they go about repairing this? Or is there something I can do? I did buy it with my Amex, so repair costs are covered, but I don't want to be out of my new bag for a month. I would also replace it, but that's difficult since I picked the HK 10th Anniversary case which I can't get anywhere else, but HK.
