I wouldn't worry. I was once given two bottles of wine by the purser (small issue onboard and was given as a good will gesture) and their duty free bags didn't seal. I was worried going through Dubai security that they would take them off me, but they never even questioned them.

So if there sealed it'll definitely be ok.
