OP: Suggest reviewing: FlyerTalk Forums > Miles&Points > Credit, Debit and Prepaid Card Programs > Chase | Ultimate Rewards > “Chase closed my CC account with 300,000+ UR points” thread, specifically posts by brettskyg starting on Mar 25, 14 1:03 pm #132. Although that situation was different (shutdown) the same solution might work for you.
