This ended up being my issue. I did JFK-LAX-JFK using SWUs on 03/07-03/09. The trip had originally posted correctly, but it was completely removed last night. I called the DM line, and the agent initially told me I was wrong. However, after some research, she reposted the miles. The MQDs are still zero, but she said that could take up to two weeks...
I think something is just going wacky with their systems. I've now had two sets of flights that got messed up.
One set was an outbound pair of AF flights (006 stock, AF coded, AF metal), even though the return on the same ticket/code/metal posted correctly. These flights have been posting/unposting/reposting every few weeks since I took them, but I noticed on this last round, my "flown" class changed from S to W (all the same to me as it was paid PE). I made no changes to these tickets at any point during the trip - flew them exactly as booked.
But the other set of flights was a plain old DL domestic. I'd like to think it's because I SDC'd the return, but I've SDC'd other flights and they seem to stick just fine.
TL;DR - Can't figure out any rhyme or reason on my end.
