I agree. I suspect the above poster got confused between the two properties in the Monterey area. I dislike HR Monterey very much. It's much like a highway motel overlooking a golf course. The Carmel Highlands is a different matter, and is a true gem for Hyatt. However, I don't think that the Carmel Highlands participates in the suites program. Check out the master thread and keep it in mind for a future stay.
