+1 for PH Washington. If you can get breakfast included (perhaps through Amex's FHR, Virtuoso, etc.), the options at Blue Duck Tavern are fantastic. And if you can go in the next couple weeks, the
National Cherry Blossom Festival will still be going -- great time to be in DC.
