My own invention. i realised I loved Wellimgtons but hated the fillet beef. I use a muddy boot s pork and beef meat loaf which I precook and then put it in cold into the pastry. It is incredibly cheap and really lovely.
One of these days I'm going to knock on every door in the United Kingdom until I find yours. I'll bring a bottle of wine or something.
