In the past where there were only 251 and 255 they often swap the 744, as both flights use the same equipment. So if the 251 equipment go tech, it will be swap with the 255 flight and 255 wil be delayed. But now with 237 whcih is 3 class, it is not possible, as it will affect both J and F pax.
