Well, we're 12 days out!
Pleased to get a 60k SkyMiles (yes, a low redemption!) for my sister to come from SoCal to London for the race weekend!
Up until just over a week ago, I'd made it through this process with pretty minimal pain. THEN, the IT band flared up - ouch! I've taken it easy for the past week...as well as ice, Aleve, and the evil foam roller. Good thing it happened as I was tapering down mileage!

Short run this morning - pleased to say I felt really good!
