So is anyone planning on flying higher UA fares if they are in the same price range as AC flex fares, in order to get 100% AQM?

I think the fare codes were M, E, U, H, Q, V, W for 100% AQM, and Q, V, W often fall within the same price range as AC flex for similar routings.
