Yea good plan ^

Marriott MDR is a bit tired and outdated property but walking distance to Venice Beach Pier and Boardwalk. Longer walk to some of the bars on Abbott Kinney Blvd.

Delfina is more updated property and walking distance to Santa Monica Pier and Boardwalk. Also walking distance to Downtown Santa Monica business/shopping districts, as well as a slightly longer walk to the bars on Main St, south of Ocean Park Blvd.
