For my past two stays (HR Chicago and Hyatt Times Square), HGP has claimed that my reservations have been made through a third party.

I received my points for HTS after a few calls, and I am now dealing with this for the HR Chicago reservation.

I don't ever book through a third party (I want my points/stay credit!). Is this happening to anyone else?

The worst part is, I look like I am lying, as I cannot look up past reservations in "My Reservations," I can only show them the bill with my GP number on it.

Makes me want to comment on every future reservation, "This is booked through Hyatt.com"!!

Any insight would be helpful!
