The ports are in the adapter- I'm not sure what you mean.

This is the one I was referring to. It will charge all four of your devices at full power at the same time.

Plus I don't think I've ever seen a third party charger that came with non-North American plugs. You could go buy separate country-specific chargers for each device, but that would be neither cheap nor efficient.
