I have stayed in this hotel for years and always get upgrades and enjoy the Breakfast. However I have often had trouble with AC at nights. They turn down or turn OFF the AC in the middle of the night. I always email before i arrive to make sure i am on a floor with AC thats going to work ALL NIGHT!.
