I used to love the Amex Benefit for the free valet parking at Pearson Airport in Toronto. You just pulled up to the curb, jumped out, got a parking slip and away you go. The whole process took 2 mins.

This week they have a new process and computer system. You wait while a guy documents all the details about your car (including plate, any damages etc). Even when it was not busy it took 5 mins to process two cars.

Not sure if anyone else has Expereinced this? I hope they improve it.
