You are correct. As of departures this morning, US Airways is no longer a member of the Star Alliance. Thus, US Airways no longer recognizes Star Gold for access to their lounges.

Access to any US lounge will be determined by the independent contractual agreement between Turkish and US Airways. I don't have current information, but Turkish customer service and/or your flight crew should be able to help.
