I was on CX251 last night. Delayed from 23:55 to 4:30. In times of panic and frustration, this doesn't only happen to Mainland Chinese.

I was at the Wing when a Caucasian male DM erupted and demanded they swap the CX237 plane to serve CX251 (Since 237 was only delayed till 1:20). I told him it's not that easy, and he said "why not? *flicks finger done!" Little did he know that CX237 was a 3 class with less J seats and no F.

On the flight, he took a seat next to me and spent the first half an hour asking the ISM and other crew he could get hold of on why the flight was delayed and why they treat a DM member like this. I knew all this because I was gossiping with the crew at the galley during break time since I have flown with a few of them numerous times before.

It was not a great sight at Wing F last night. Lots of people standing around with no seats. I did meet a few very nice people and had a good chat though!
