If you are a GCH and not happy with these changes, I do encourage you to let BA know direct (via the Gold line or Customer Relations).

While Nicci (and/or colleagues) will no doubt read through this thread to measure reaction, it is not the formal route for voicing concerns or making complaints.

I know customer relations are registering "complaints" on this issue.
