Apparently the flights are in the System, even if it's buggy.
Through ba.com, I could redeem Avios on US, but
only on connections.
So if I try to book AAA-BBB, it doesn't show me the flight. If I search for AAA-CCC, it actually shows me AAA-BBB-CCC (so the flight I was looking for before).
Strange.
