I have a few questions:

I am booked on MEL-DXB-FCO in business on a Qantas ticket. Outbound MEL-DXB and DXB-FCO EK metal, inbound DXB-FCO EK metal & DXB-MEL QF10

1) Will I be eligible for the chauffeur drive on departure, arrival into Rome, leaving Rome and arrival in Melbourne?
2) Can an additional passenger, not traveling with me and not in an eligible flight, come along for the arrival into Rome and leaving Rome trips?
