Juggling AP, MP, and E+
I have a number of longer flights (SFO/LAX - EWR/BOS) already booked via UA using my Aeroplan number.

I do have a MP account with 0 accumulation, where I've consolidated these AP FF number booked flights into.

Any idea if I can get E+ pass linked to the MP account now, then retroactively change all these seats to E+ on these upcoming flights... while still earning AP miles?
