I read that DM does not allow both open jaw & stop over but I've seen few Piaf with both. Also, I'm try to use 90k in business. Will agent see Thailand as my destination and charge 120k?

All in business class for 160,000 miles for 2 people. I was wishing for 180K but when agent told 160K, I did not question her
