I don't know if they'll be willing to do it or not, but when you call you should ask them if they've checked their email again this afternoon. My CVS's manager got burned because although the email was sent yesterday morning there was some problem with their email where some of it didn't get delivered to him until much later that day. See my post a couple pages back about what happened to him. And he's a "by the books" kind of guy who reads EVERY email that comes through, without skipping any.
That's good news for him if there are lots of other stores where the memo didn't come through properly (he's less likely to get in trouble then). And maybe corporate will delay implementing the policy by a couple days if they see it didn't come through on email for lots of stores it was sent to.
