Between HI Atrium (25k), HIX Clarke Quay (20k), and HIX Orchard Road (20k), which one is the best value?

Based on the average Best Available rate (from a few data points), I imagine the two new HIXes are better? If I choose an HIX, what would I miss from the HI beside a gym?
