+1 ^. I just cannot understand why this is an issue to BA. GUF vouchers will be pretty useless for a GGL. It is no big deal because as a GGL you tend to have lots of Avios. But it is annoying and I still can't see the real tangible benefit to BA.
The new charges however, I can see the tangible benefit to BA even though that's also annoying.
Unlike fees which are variable the vouchers and applicability of GGL Jokers are rooted in T&C's. Isn't BA obliged to give notice if T&C changes in the main scheme? Surely also the T&C's attached to e-vouchers are those which were in place at the time the voucher is earned?
