I am right now deciding between IC Shanghai Puxi and Ruijin. I am travelling with a friend and we will prefer Twin Bedroom. As IC Ambassador, I understand that there will be room upgrade. Are there twin bedroom at IC Ruijin at the higher level of room types if I book the basic room type and given an upgrade thereafter?
