I flew BKK-REP-BKK with them earlier this month and was highly impressed. The REP lounge is pretty nice for an outstation. And I had scheduled a 60-minute PG->CX connection on separate tickets (really wanted dinner in HKG before my LAX flight!) and they got to BKK 20 minutes early like it was nothing.

Price was high but I used 5K SPG -> JAL points to redeem.
