I have been holding onto these things forever and I saw something last night that I had never seen before; hence, why I gave it out.
I was doing an MR yesterday and the BOS-ATL leg had like 37 people on the UG list, so obviously there were a lot of DMs & PMs sitting in back.
Once the FA got through FC (737), she came back to EC and offered all of us a snack from the snack basket while telling us she appreciates our business.
Although I, myself, declined, I thought it was a very kind gesture and I had never seen any FA do that before. So...there ya go!

ON another note, last night's ATL-PHX was also the first time (on a DL flight, that is) I have ever seen the pilot come out and chat with those of us in FC telling us about the flight, telling us that if we were sitting up front we obviously travel with Delta frequently and that he appreciated our loyalty (FC cabin full of UG's only, perhaps...??
) He closed with, "Please keep flying with us because I have an ex-wife and a son still in college!" haha! Everyone laughed at that. Capt. Greeley was his name on a 757. ^^
What a great experience yesterday on my MR! I also got a couple complimentary massages at A17 in ATL....as well as their new food offerings, which I really enjoyed, as well!^^
Two thumbs up to Delta! They may be devaluing their FF's but their front line employees and their hard AND soft products are top-notch!!^^
