Domestic is one bag, 23 kg, intercontinental is 2x23 kg in economy for tickets starting in Brazil, unless things have changed. That is, if you buy, say, ticket for United USA-Brazil and back, United can set whatever luggage rules they want. TAM has luggage included in the price.
