Wasn't my intention to circumvent a sales restriction. To be honest, if it is a sales restriction it makes little sense. The only limitation I found in the fare rules was that it was only available from Scandanavia to the US, but then the system prevented it's purchase for residents in the EU/Scandanavia unless they had a US CC. That's illogical.

In any case, what I actually booked required calling in anyway, because I booked outward and return in different classes to allow the possibility of upgrading in the return direction only with GPU's.
