Car rental rates are expensive for my dates: $78 a day incl. taxes with my Avis discount, over $100 a day from Hertz. Also, Hollywood hotels incl. mine charge ~$30 a day for parking! Same rates to return to Hollywood area or BUR.
As I said, I'll be drinking that weekend. My chosen hotel is 2.5 miles from the Bowl & party bars are within walking distance, so that would be the place for buses, short taxi rides, or a long sightseeing walk. Taxi fares are cheaper & more convenient than parking fees.
I would stay in the Hollywood /Bev Hills area all weekend, then hire a taxi to BUR on Sun.!
If impractical, I could change to the Hilton Garden Inn within walking distance to the Bowl!
