Yes they are lie flat! Just not as 'open' as normal CW, because your legs/feet go under the seat in front. Inflatable seat cushion too.

I think they only have one window at head level and the round door window.

Row 7 is 7A which is kind of in the 'middle' as I described above, then the aisle, crew seat for takeoff and landing, a rather big table and then 7F against the window.
