So I fly between Heathrow and Stavanger/Bergen usually twice a month and as a gold card holder I can select seats when booking.

I jump between CE and economy when I travel as quite frankly the CE prices are often completely insane.

When im in economy I can never select a seat in front of row 8. Economy is usually 4 and back.

So what are rows 4-7 reserved for? Not really a problem im just wondering as from my understanding I can select any seat from the moment of booking.
