That particular 763 is 2-2-1 [seatmap.com is a bit wacky when it comes to displaying the J cabin for that aircraft]. The bulkhead A/C seats are fine for that aircraft. You still get plenty of room in front of you.
As for the A319/320 flights, I personally avoid the bulkhead because there is no seat in front of me. Sometimes I want to put my laptop in the seat pocket or my bag under the seat in front of me. You don't get any extra space with the bulkhead on these domestic aircrafts. So it's a matter of personal preference.
