If the goods will be in your checked-in hold luggage, you need to do it in Paris (as they will be checked all the way through to HKG).
If you are carrying the goods on your person (cabin bags), then you need to do it at LHR.
They need to see the goods, and they can't partially stamp a form, so all goods on a single form must travel together, so you can't put some in the hold and some in the cabin if they are listed on the same reclaim form.
