I can affirm I didn't fly - and got nothing more than the refund plus forex costs.
At this stage, that information will be the most interesting part. I'm only out of $240 and the $20 filing fee. Who knows at the end of the day the judge might rule that they just give me my money back. But this is going to be after 3-4 trips to court and a decision that can be appealed.
