If you have access to DL lounges, they open early (IIRC 5 am) and provide a buffet breakfast, typically oatmeal, muffins, bagels, OJ, coffee/tea, apples and oranges, etc.

All Westin rooms have coffee makers and Starbucks coffee. You could purchase a pastry the day before, perhaps at Cinnebon, Starbucks, or McD. Just pick something that won't get stale fast and dry out totally to be horrible the next morning.
