Right you are. Very similar situation on the Arrival card recon call my husband went thru last week. The rep obviously only used TU but he could rattled out other cards that the issuers pulled EX and EQ, in the past 12 months. He even mentioned US Bank which we totally forgot the Club Carlson card which was gotten in Jan 2013!
The criteria used by Barclays are A Lot More Involved than other banks, except Chase' business lending dept could come close to that on occasions.
Those who want to get a quantified mechanism, or simply think only TU being seen, so all my EX / EQ pulls do not matter... You are way too naive or wishful thinking.
That is why I said one should pay attention on the tough recon calls from which one could glean upon how a particular bank assesses the risk factors, and one should learn accordingly.
