Parents are booked to fly TAM-LGW-JER next tues but need to fly back sat because of a death in the family. have dialed the BA silver line in USA but have been on hold for 20 minutes.

Can anyone recommend at this time of night (9.30 GMT) another jurisdiction I could attempt to call to get them booked home.

before anyone jumps in about BA not giving compassionate fares, i'm not looking for that, just looking for the best way for my folks to get home
