You'd need to factor in the number of rotations and passengers too.

A 747 out to the Caribbean might have a hefty landing fee one every two day (or is that every two days?), but a A319 doing four rotations a day may well total more.

Same argument on the passenger count.

747 will can sometimes also result in reduced runway capacity due to the wake turbulence separations.
