Looking at my parents booking i'm seeing BGO - LHR for £79. Not very interesting in itself but the offer has appeared in a travel agent booking with the outbound already flown - has that started happening recently? I thought TA bookings still couldn't be upgraded through MMB.
Does BGO have a nice enough lounge to make surprising my parents with an upgrade worthwhile? They already have the CE style row behind the curtain so no gain there and TPs are not an issue though the bonus avios would be nice.
