Did you pay in the first place for the seat ?
If not then itīs just a case of a pre-assigned seat getting lost when the cabin configuration changes (and that SK in the meantime has introduced payment for advance seat reservation).
I have difficulties in seeing this a change of contract unless you actually paid for the seat in the first place. Advance seat assignments are never guaranteed (but if paid for you can claim your money back).
