Ok thanks, I just looked around for what my Skiva does, and it says:
This charger charges tablets at 2 Amps and most phones at 1 Amps current for a total of 20W / 4 Amps of output.
So if it seems even the skiva will power the same as the monoprice and I won't see a change in time to charge. In that case, I'll just stick to the Skiva since its smaller. I kinda thought it wasn't charging fast enough but the specs look the same as the mono price.
