All else equal, I would say Air NZ. To play devil's advocate though: if you have some miles to burn, why not book on UA through your company, then use your personal miles (and dollars depending on your fare class) to upgrade to business class? For a 15 hour flight, it may be worth it to you if your flight has R space available.
