Always told it was coming in a week or two then nothing. Told last week I would be responded to in writing and nothing. No points, no message. Also told for the first time on that call that AMEX records show I'm only entitled to 15,000. Good thing I still have the original email. Suggestions?
After several more phone calls and lots of patience and assurances it would come, my 10,000 point welcome bonus finally showed up, almost 4 months after it was due!
