I would imagine the answer is no - simply because it's possible to begin your proposed trip by using the alternative option of EK28, which would then give a very convenient connection time of less than 3 hours before the onward sector.

In fairness to EK, the idea behind providing comp hotel accom is to encourage pax to choose them over a competitor in cases where an EK routing incurs (unavoidably) lengthy DXB transits.
