Yes I understood what you said, I was saying I did read the wiki, and I misread that part..I read it as 'or' not the and/or that is there. Thanks for redirecting me again. That wasn't the actual problem because I wasn't sending $1000 so the $499 should have went through at that point because it showed my limit as $500... The real prob was the card that I was sending from...I typed in the wrong expiration date As soon as I fixed that everything is as it should be. and my receive and sending limits on receiving account is $1000 now.
